Join us for the 5th season of Holiday Wishes with Transition House! Our Holiday Wishes program is an opportunity to match with a single adult, or adult with one or more children, to ensure that they have a memorable holiday.
You will be able to choose the size of the family that you would like to match with. Please anticipate spending $150 per family member.

Organize a gift card drive! Many of the survivors we serve need financial support in the form of gift cards. Gift cards of $25-50 for Market Basket, Target, Walgreens, CVS and the MBTA are very valuable to our families.

Our dedicated Children’s Team welcomes all new children to our programs with an individual Welcome Kit that has toys and other comfort items. Email kara@transitionhouse.org to organize a drive or gift for our Children’s Welcome Kits.

We are always in need of personal and household items for our Emergency Shelter and other housing and community programs. Email kara@transitionhouse.org to organize a drop off of unused items.
