Community Support Partnership

The Transition House Community Support Partnership offers help and resources to survivors of domestic violence, intimate partner abuse, dating violence and family violence. We work with people of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, immigration status, and gender and sexual identities. English language translation is available.

Legal Advocacy

Free legal support for victims of domestic violence is available through a partnership with community Legal Services and Counseling Center (CLSACC). Please contact Belinda Teye at 617-661-1010.

If you are a tenant of the Cambridge Housing Authority, or eligible for CHA housing, you can meet with us during walk-in hours: Tuesdays 12-2 pm at Cambridge Housing Authority, 362 Green Street, Cambridge.
